The below urls can take different parameters. Example : an OCSP response with the generation date = 2015-05-25 10h30, the revocation date = 2016-06-25 18h45 and the reason = keyCompromise.
The below urls can take a timeout (in millis) as parameter. Example : an OCSP with response delay 5s.
